Job Description

We’re seeking a senior/midweight Google Ads Manager to join the Growth Minded Marketing team part-time on a freelance basis!

This role is for 8 hours a week, and you manage your own hours and workload.

You’ll assist with strategy and execution for multiple clients, covering all aspects of Google Ads – helping businesses working in SaaS, lead generation and e-commerce and everything in between!

This isn’t a client-facing role, but if you’re confident in communicating your decision making and successes to the client when necessary, then that’s a big plus.

You’ll be responsible for performing regular account optimisations across Search, Shopping, YouTube and Display campaigns – across client accounts of varying sizes & industry type.

Example tasks include:

  • Identifying new opportunities for growth expansion and defensive cost saving
  • Creating, updating and testing ad copy
  • Performing keyword research
  • Account & Campaign creation based on agreed strategies
  • Implementing tracking and analytics code
  • Running, analysing and reporting on experiments
  • Performing account audits

You’ll be responsible for providing high quality and insightful reports on a monthly basis.


A day rate of £150-£200, depending on experience.

You’re an experienced PPC manager with experience agency-side or in-house. You can get results and make money for businesses.

You feel confident communicating to the lead account manager any updates on results and strategy.

You’re a team player who will help the lead account manager troubleshoot marketing tactics and strategies.
